throughout this website and must be used in accordance with these
conditions.
Passes that are confirmed delivered to the address
provided by the purchaser by the United States Postal Service will not
be replaced without charge if lost or stolen after delivery. First come, first
served; the purchase of this pass does not guarantee a seat

and Ride, such as Santa Fe Trails, NM Rail Runner Express, etc. to ensure
their employees are fully informed regarding use of the NMDOT Park and Ride
issued passes and can not refund any fares that may be inadvertently
charged to a pass holder. |
